Flowing with the Tao: A Lifetime of Practice
Welcome. I am Wendy Stark. My journey in yoga spans over two decades, and my practice in Qigong for over 15 years has deeply shaped my understanding of the body-mind connection. I am a firm believer that we can cultivate energy, joy, and vitality at any age—I am 71, yet I feel 50, which I attribute to my regular practice and love for nature.
I teach from a place of Taoist philosophy—encouraging you to embrace the natural, effortless flow of life—and Buddhist mindfulness, encouraging you to be present in every breath. My classes are a sanctuary for those looking to nourish their spirits, whether through gentle movement, breathwork, or while enjoying the outdoors in activities like kayaking and swimming. I invite you to join me in moving with intention and living with joy.
